When will my order arrive?

The majority of your orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less. 

Can I cancel my order? / Can I make changes to the order?

All orders are final - we cannot cancel orders once they have started production. Please get in touch with onlineretail@snowbowl.ski ASAP to see if it is possible to cancel the order.

How will my product fit?

Every one of our clothing products have a sizing chart included in the description, Please be sure to use it for the best fit before finalizing your purchase since we do not provide exchanges due to size. 

Where are all the _(certain design)_  shirts?

Where can I find gift cards for Lift tickets, Lessons and rentals?

Gift cards can be purchased as E-cards or as a physical card to be shipped, on our main website: https://www.snowbowl.ski/things-to-do/gift-cards/ 

There's a shirt I really like, but does it come in ______?

If you fall in love with a shirt but wish it was blue, or a tank top, or a sweatshirt, send us a message! and we will let you know if we can accommodate you - free of charge!

How does product delivery work?

Every order placed on Arizona Snowbowl's online retail store is made “on-demand” by Printful.com, a printing and order fulfillment center. This means we can offer a wider variety of merchandise and never run out of stock. Each item is made as it is ordered. This also means that getting your order takes a little longer than buying things at a retail outlet. Nearly all of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than half are shipped within 3 business days or less. Faster delivery is available at checkout for additional cost.

We do not ship to the state of New Mexico or internationally. 

My shirt doesn't fit how I like. Can I return it?

Exchanges are only available on misprinted, damaged, or defective products. Size exchanges may be offered at our discretion if we determine that our product sizing guide is incorrect. Please check the sizing guide for each product to ensure a proper fit before purchasing.

 

It’s past estimated delivery date and I haven’t received my order yet.

Please check in with your local post office - in most cases, it is the best way to locate the shipment. If you are not able to locate your shipment this way, please send us an email with your order number and a correct delivery address - we’ll help.

Make sure you report the problem within 4 weeks after estimated delivery time - If reported outside ot the the time frame, unfortunately, we will not be able to help with locating the order.

Order is marked as delivered - but not there:

In the rare cases that a shipment is marked as delivered by the courier, but the recipient have yet to receive it - we would not cover the cost of the order. Again, this only applies if the tracking details state that a delivery was made to the recipient's address.

Product disclaimers:

Sometimes, there might be a vinegary smell on the garments you receive. Luckily, the odor you smell is just a temporary addition. Now that your product is out of the confined space of the shipping bag, the printing smell will dissipate after a few days and a wash cycle.

You may notice some discoloration or off-white residue on your apparel. Do not worry! These are not stains and will wash off after the first wash cycle. Our apparel is created with the latest in garment printing technology. In addition, inks used are water-based and eco-friendly.

If you receive a product with a stain - please wash it before reporting a problem.
