Arizona-snowbowl.myshopify.com and any and all other website domains owned by Arizona Snowbowl Resort L.P., Mountain Capital Partners, LLC, and its affiliated family of resorts and businesses, (collectively, “MCP Resorts”) is committed to protecting the personal privacy of visitors and guests using its Internet sites. This Online Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy” or “Policy”) describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared.
Coverage and Scope of the Policy
This Policy applies to the personal information we collect when you visit or make a purchase from arizona-snowbowl.myshopify.com or visit any MCP Resort website, online store or application (the “Site”).
Consent to the Policy
By visiting any of our Sites, you agree to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information as described in this Policy. If you do not consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information as described in this Policy, you should not use our Sites.
Registration
A user may access The Site’s website functionality without transmitting any Personal Information. In order to access certain other functionality, The Site may request the user provide personally identifiable information. At no time is the user under any obligation to provide Personal Information. If the user does not wish to access such functionality, the user should not transmit the personally identifiable information.
Personal, Device and Order information We Collect
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. Order Information: We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Our contractual partner for ordering, fulfillment and shipment of the merchandise items available on Arizona Snowbowl’s online retail store is Printful. All information you provide, including Personal and Order Information, is accessible to both Arizona Snowbowl’s online retail store and Printful. Additionally, we use this Order Information to (1) Communicate with you; (2) Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and (3) When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
Device Information: We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).
Personal Information: We may share your information with companies that provide support services to us (such as credit card processors, mailing houses, web hosts, or providers of online reservation services) or that help us market our products and services (such as email vendors). These companies may need information about you in order to perform their functions. These companies are only authorized to use the personal information we share with them for the purpose of delivering the service we hire them to provide. In addition, we only disclose the information they need to provide the specific service or function. We will not sell your personal information to third party marketing or advertising firms.

Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. Data Security and Retention
MCP Resorts and its third party partners implement security and safeguard measures designed to protect against the loss, misuse, unauthorized access and disclosure of your personal information under our control. Unfortunately no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. You can assist in protecting your information by keeping your passwords safe at all times and notifying us if you suspect that your credit card, your account, or your user name/password is lost, stolen or used without permission.
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
Changes
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons. It is your responsibility to check our policy for updates as you will be bound by them if you choose to visit our Site.
