General Information
Our contractual partner for the ordering, fulfillment and shipment of the merchandise items available on Arizona Snowbowl's online retail store and eventual sub-sites is Printful.
All information you provide on Arizona Snowbowl's online retail store, including personal data, is accessible to both Arizona Snowbowl's online retail store, Printful and other support companies for fulfillment and handling of the order/fulfillment contract. Further detail on how this information is collected, used, shared and retained is outlined in our Privacy Policy.
All deliveries from Arizona Snowbowl's online retail store, respectively Printful to the customer are carried out based on the general terms and conditions given below. These underlie all offers and agreements between Arizona Snowbowl's online retail store and the customer and are accepted for the duration of the whole business relationship. Opposing or deviating conditions of the buyer are only binding if Arizona Snowbowl's online retail store has agreed to them in writing.
Consent to the Policies
By placing an order through our online retail store, you agree to be bound by the terms of the policies as stated herein. If you do not agree with the policy terms, as provided, you should not place an order through our online retail store.
Responsibility for Online Offer

Conclusion of the Contract
(1) The "offers" contained on the website represent a non-binding invitation for the customer to place an order with Arizona Snowbowl's online retail store and Printful.
(2) By filling in and sending off the order form on the Internet, the Customer makes a binding offer for the conclusion of a contract of purchase and/or a contract for work and materials. Before finally sending off the order form, the customer has the opportunity to check that all details are right and if necessary to correct them on a summary page.
Then Arizona Snowbowl's online retail store sends an order confirmation via e-mail to the customer and sends the order and production file on to Printful. The order confirmation does not represent an acceptance of the offer but shall only acknowledge to the customer that their order was received by Arizona Snowbowl's online retail store.
The contract only materializes when Printful dispatches the product ordered to the Customer and Arizona Snowbowl's online retail store confirms the dispatch to the customer with a second e-mail (“Delivery Confirmation”).
(3) Once you have clicked the “confirm” button, it is not possible to edit or cancel your order. If you want to change some parameters, please contact us immediately. Arizona Snowbowl's online retail store and Printful are not bound to make such modifications in your order, but we’ll do our best on a case-by-case basis. Replacement of Products and credits for Products claimed as damaged or not received are subject to Arizona Snowbowl's online retail store investigation and discretion. Arizona Snowbowl's online retail store will review replacement/return requests to validate the reason for return. Arizona Snowbowl's online retail store is NOT responsible for incorrectly provided customer names, addresses, etc., therefore no refund will be applied in these cases.
(4) The conclusion of the contract shall depend on correct supply of the goods to customer. This proviso shall not apply in the event of short-term disruption to deliveries or if Arizona Snowbowl's online retail store can be held responsible for non-delivery, in particular if Arizona Snowbowl's online retail store fails to make a congruent hedging transaction in good time. If Customer has already paid for the goods, this money will be reimbursed.
Delivery / Shipment
We deliver to most places in the United States of America except the state of New Mexico and we do not delivery internationally. Delivery prices are additional to the Product’s price and may vary depending on delivery location and/or sort of Products. Additional charges may be added to the order for remote or difficult to access locations. Some Products are packaged and shipped separately. We cannot guarantee delivery dates and accept no responsibility, apart from advising you of any known delay, for Products that are delivered after the estimated delivery date. Standard delivery times are shown on the Site. It is only an average estimation, and some delivery can take longer, or be delivered much faster. Delivery estimates given at the time of placing and confirming order are subject to change.
Delivery shall be conducted by a shipment service provider chosen by Printful. The customer has to pay standard delivery costs which may depend on order value, and where it is shipped to.
Prices
(1) In general, prices are given in net amounts and statutory incidental taxes such as Sale Added Tax are added where applicable. The delivery address is decisive in the amount of tax to be charged. If, according to local regulations, the goods are subject to sales taxes in the recipient country, then these shall be paid additionally upon receipt of goods by the customer. Furthermore, import duties may be added which the customer shall pay upon receipt.
(2) Purchase price, along with delivery and handling charges are immediately payable, without deduction.
Conditional Sale
(1) Up to the payment of any monies owed to Arizona Snowbowl's online retail store the goods remain the property of Arizona Snowbowl's online retail store.
(2) The customer is obliged to handle the product with care up to the transfer of ownership.
Guarantee
(1) Information, drawings, figures, technical data, specifications of weight, measurements and services, which are contained in brochures, catalogues, newsletters, ads or price lists are of an informational nature only. No responsibility is accepted by Arizona Snowbowl's online retail store for the correctness of this information. Regarding type and scope of delivery, only the information shall be decisive, which is contained in the order confirmation.
(2) As far as there is a defect in the goods which falls under warranty (20 days after delivery), the customer shall be entitled in the context of statutory regulations to demand supplementary performance, withdraw from the contract or a reduction in purchase price.
(3) Data communication via the internet, considering the current state of the technology, cannot be guaranteed as being flawless and/or available at any time. Thus, Arizona Snowbowl's online retail store shall and cannot be made liable for the continuous and uninterrupted availability of the online offer.
Technical and Design Deviations
When fulfilling the contract, we expressly reserve the right to deviate from the descriptions and information in our brochures, catalogues and other written and electronical documents with respect to material, color, weight, measurements, design or other features, as far as these can be considered reasonable for the customer. Reasonable cause for change may result from fluctuations customary in trade and technical production processes.
Data Protection
Arizona Snowbowl's online retail store uses personal data of the customer for appropriate purposes, as further described in our Privacy Policy, and according to statutory regulations. The personal data given (i.e. name, e-mail address, mailing address, payment information) for ordering products are used by Arizona Snowbowl's online retail store, Printful and other support companies for fulfillment and handling of the order/fulfillment contract. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Arizona Snowbowl and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
Returns and Exchanges
All items on Arizona Snowbowl Online Retail store are produced and purchased through a 3rd party company called Printful. In our partnership, Printful does not allow returns or refunds.
If you receive an item that is misprinted, damaged, or defective, you must notify us within 20 days after the product has been received. If you did not receive your package, you must notify us no later than 20 days after the estimated delivery date. Errors on our part will be fixed at our expense.
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of reshipment.
You must contact us before returning any products. Original tags must be affixed to all products as they were shipped, and all returns must be in their original packaging.
We do not provide refunds. Exchanges are only available on misprinted, damaged, or defective products. Size exchanges may be offered at our discretion if we determine that our product sizing guide is incorrect. Please check the sizing guide for each product to ensure a proper fit before purchasing.
Remit Tax
It is the responsibility of the consumer to be responsible to remit tax in the state they reside.
Shipping
We do not ship to the state of New Mexico or outside of the United States of America.
